Get swept up in the romance of three delicious courses, stunning floral centrepieces and whimsical lighting when you have Valentine's Day at one of the most iconic venues on the Darling Downs. Be wowed by an impressive set menu created by talented Head Chef, Nick Bozza and enjoy champagne, beer and soft drinks.

Set a romantic tone with flowers, chocolates and even a card for your special someone - all included in the $200 per couple price. The only thing missing? The engagement ring! For any proposals on the night, we will offer dining couples a $500 gift certificate towards wedding bookings at the Woolshed.

Cancellation policy: Requests to cancel a booking must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund. Requests made with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible.


MENU: For the entree, main and dessert, guests will choose from two delicious options.

- Rustic House made damper with fragrant bush tucker dukkha

:: Entrée ::

- Salt and pepper calamari with pink citrus aioli

- Mango glazed chicken served with a micro salad

:: Main ::

- Local Darling Downs beef wrapped in bacon, potato galette, baby carrots and broccolini and a creamy bearnaise sauce

- Lockyer Valley chicken breast stuffed with chorizo onion and spinach, served with garden vegetables and a creamy cheese and bacon sauce

:: Dessert ::

- Woolshed cream Brule, chocolate toffee shards, crunchy biscotti and decadent chocolate covered strawberries.

- Baileys and Belgian chocolate mousse, raspberry gel, vanilla bean chantilly cream
